Brett Turner

Senior Pastor

Brett has faithfully served New Hope Baptist Church since 2012 and became Senior Pastor in 2021. He is passionate about proclaiming the truth of God's Word, making disciples, and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Before entering full-time ministry, Brett served for more than 25 years as a public school teacher and coach, using those opportunities to invest in the lives of young people. He and his wife, Stacey, are grateful to serve the Lord together and consider it a blessing to call New Hope their church family.

Elaine Ward

Children's Director

Elaine is a lifelong member of New Hope Baptist Church and a third-generation part of its rich heritage. She has faithfully served the church for many years, leading the children's ministry and children's choir with a passion for helping young people know and follow Christ. Through music, drama, and discipleship, Elaine encourages children to use their God-given gifts to serve the Lord. She and her husband, Stan, have been married for more than 45 years and are blessed with two sons and ten grandchildren.

Carson LeCroy

Minister of Students

Carson has served as Minister of Students at New Hope Baptist Church since 2023. He is passionate about helping students know Christ, grow in their faith, and become lifelong disciples of Jesus. Carson and his wife, Sarah, have a heart for disciple-making and investing in the next generation. Together with their children, Isaac and Abigail, they are grateful for the opportunity to serve and encourage students and families as they follow Christ.

Ken Williams

Worship Leader

Ken has been a part of the New Hope Baptist Church family since childhood and has served as Worship Leader for more than a decade. Passionate about sharing the love of Jesus through music, he has spent many years leading worship and ministering through southern gospel music. Ken is also the founder of Zion Quartet, a ministry dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel through song. He and his wife, Kim, are grateful for the opportunity to serve Christ alongside their family and church community.

Micah Lee

Administrative Assistant

Micah is a lifelong member and third-generation part of the New Hope Baptist Church family. He has faithfully served in a variety of ministries over the years, including audio/visual media and children's programs. As Administrative Assistant, Micah supports the day-to-day operations of the church and assists the staff in serving the congregation. He is grateful for the opportunity to use his gifts to help advance the ministry of New Hope and serve the church he has called home for his entire life.

Rachel Peters

Financial Administrator

Rachel serves as Financial Administrator at New Hope Baptist Church, overseeing the church's financial records, contributions, and transactions. Having previously served as church secretary for many years, she brings a wealth of experience and a heart for serving the church family.
