Thursday, June 12th

The senior adults will travel to Pickens to the Table Rock Tea Plantation for a tour and lunch at Aunt Sue’s afterward. The bus will leave the church at 9am.

Saturday, June 14th

9am-11am in the Fellowship Hall

All men are encouraged to bring their daughters, daughters-in-law, and granddaughters of all ages for a special day together! Pastor David Blizzard will be sharing how even though father’s roles may change with time, they are always important. Also, his daughter, Lori Gibbs, will share how having a Godly father has helped mold her into the woman, wife, and mother she has become. Fruit, quiche, and donuts will be served!

Sunday, July 13th

Mark your calendar for our annual Christmas in July service! During worship, we will celebrate our Lord and Savior’s birth with some special Christmas carols! It is sure to be a wonderful day of worship! We will also collect items for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. Please see a list of needed items in the Information Center. 

This summer, we are excited to offer the opportunity again to sponsor Walhalla High School football players to go to FCA Summer Camp! A $100 scholarship makes it possible for one athlete to be able to attend. Our goal is to be able to sponsor 20 players! If you would be willing to sponsor one or more players, a sign-up sheet is available in the Information Center, or please contact the church office. Thank you for prayerfully considering supporting this outreach project! The deadline to turn in contributions is Sunday, July 6th.

We are excited for this year's Vacation Bible School! Our theme is "True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World". Ages 3-5th grade graduates are invited! A free meal will be provided each night. Thank you for your prayers and support!

We are excited to utilize a new church management software called Realm Connect! This is a way for us to stay in touch with our membership on a more consistent basis! An invitation to create an account and download the app has been sent by email to those members who we have an address. If you have not yet received the email, please be sure to check your spam folder. It is vital for everyone to download the app in order for us to interact and communicate with you! Church-wide meals are generally held on the final Wednesday evening of each month, following 6:30pm Bible study.

Church members are asked to provide the meal. Please sign up in the Information Center if you are willing to help provide the meal!
