Attention, Class of 2026! Our Senior Recognition Sunday will be held on Sunday, May 17th. Please see Carson or Sarah LeCroy to receive your Senior Info Sheet to be completed and returned by Sunday, May 10th. Send three-four pictures, including a graduation photo, to slecroy@sdoc.org to be included in the ceremony.

Sunday, May 24th

In honor of Memorial Day, we would like to show a tribute video of loved ones of those in our church who have passed away while serving in the line of duty. Please email any pictures and information to Micah @ mdlee@nhbcseneca.org.

Vacation Bible School is only a couple months away and preparations are already being made! This year’s theme is Illumination Station: “Shining a light on who Jesus really is”. The dates will be Sunday, June 7th-Thursday, June 11th from 5:30pm-7:45pm each evening. Ages 3 years-5th grade finishers are invited to attend. If you have not yet signed up to volunteer, please see Alicia Ward to let her know that you are willing to help!

This year, we look forward to collecting items again for including in the OCC shoeboxes! Each month, a specific item will be collected. Please place items at the end of the front hallway, near the trophy case. Items will be packed in boxes during the annual Packing Party that will take place around November. A new Sunday School class has started for anyone ages 20-40 years old at 9:15 am.

The class is taught by Kevin Evans and Gary Woodard and meets in the church office.

Good News Club is an after-school program, offered by the Child Evangelism Fellowship organization. Our church is blessed to sponsor this program at Keowee Elementary School! Meetings will take place each week, immediately following dismissal until 4pm. Thank you for your prayers and support!

The Beacon of Life ministry (formerly the Widows’ ministry). The mission of the ministry is Widows helping others by being a beacon of hope, love, and support. “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in Heaven.” Matthew 5:16

We have several mission trips and projects planned for this year!
